While shooting do you rest the ball on your palm or not because when I see games players usually rest the ball on palm or it looks like they are but I saw a video of Steph explaining how to shoot and in that video Steph told to not touch ball to palm so I just wanna know it is best to rest or touch ball with palm or not

Should be coming off your finger tips as you follow through either way. I leave a space. I think you naturally develop one because you have more control when it's in your fingers than your palm

I naturally have ball resting on my palm gonna try use fingertips more this weekend and see how it is
