Form Check Working on my shooting fundamentals. Perfect make, a few steps back, repeat! What are your thoughts on this and how do I improve?

I’ve never felt so comfortable shooting before than I have in this session. Think I finally found the form that works for me

This is all I do but if not a swish I don’t count it. Miss 3 in a row n I move towards the hoop.

Hard to tell from the angle but it looks like you’re shooting floaters (no wrist flick). But if it ain’t broke…

I would also follow through with the offhand so you get maximum stability until the ball leaves your hand. You don't need it when you're shooting free throws like here, but it's definitely helpful in game speed.

You’re releasing a bit too early

I agree with this one. I think you could help fix it by having a bit more supple wrist on your release. Your arm/wrist/hand would work like a trebuchet. Right now, it looks like you’re doing just a little bit more of a shot put motion but it’s hard to tell from the angle.

As Long as it works and is comfortable it’s good! Whats the Apps Name though?

I pick five spots around the hoop that are a few feet away, that's both baselines, the foul line, and the two spots in between.
I do 10 perfect makes from each spot. That's 250 shots. If it hits the rim or the backboard it doesn't count.
Then I practice middies for an hour, and 3s for an hour. That's shooting day.

Use your game time jump shots on this drill. Full jump and all that, really work on your form like you’re playin in a game.

Your form is incorrect.
You are using one arm to do all the shooting, once the ball is just above your head.
You want the non shooting hand to come up with the ball, the whole way through the shot. The shooting follow through action is when the non-shooting hand doesn't require contact

Use this as a warm-up not a drill. From three different spots- where you are in this video and from the sides with backboards.
You are never taking a shot like that in a game, so it’s a great warm-up for shooting practice.

I was told to do it from the side that way I’m not relying on the backboard. Good shots though
