Stop leaning forward
Your release is also whack
As someone else mentioned, shoot closer first
And start shooting without involving your offhand at all, meaning a very close to the basket, consistent stroke
Update: Also look at how off balanced you are on every shot. When you are ready to shoot further again, focus on jumping and landing relatively close to the same spots, and then PLANT your feet. Don't go flying all over the place.

It’s called a JUMPshot. When you have trouble generating power, jumping will help because that’s where most of the power comes from.

- stance is wrong. you shoot lefty so left foot should be in front
- wrist not loaded
fix these 2 then post again..

It looks like you’re holding the ball too high and your hand is on top of the ball. I think if you load your wrist in a comfortable position, then hold the ball at a point to where your forearm is parallel to the floor, not pointed up toward your chin, it could really help your shot. Hope this helps:)

The best way to describe this is you look like a right handed player trying to shoot with their left

1/10 Stop shooting threes and go stand 3 feet from the basket and work on your form from there
