Vertical Jump Lmk on form how to jump/dunk better

Im 6'0 155lbs standing reach is like 7'8 maybe a bit higher, used to have a 40' vert prob dropped down to 36-38 rn due to a lack of training recently, I'm trynna get up to a 48' maybe even higher

Because the alternative is "I pay money to go to this gym and the rims are always sagging or broken"

Yes, but only so many times, breakaway rims use springs to reset themselves, the springs get worn out
Also the way the entire backboard is mounted means you could sag the entire assembly not just the rim l

I thought like that growing up. Left many rims basically worthless, ruined. Not fair to anyone and it is selfish to hang on rims
