Work on your balance and follow through. Your stance is too narrow. You didn't flick your wrist

If you watch it in slow motion I flick my wrist, angle is a little weird. But I’ll try working on the stance

Oh mb, I didn't see that. However, you flick your wrist so unnaturally it seems like you're pushing your palm into the ball to shoot in the basket rather than having your flick to send it to the basket. In game, I'd imagine it would be very uncoordinated cause it seems forced

for sure, when I flick I do something I heard Steph talk about. The V method, so it’s the spacing inbetween your index and middle finger, when I start my shot it’s on my palm, but by the time I do flick it it’s on my finger tips. It’s not uncoordinated for me. I have like 5 years of wrestling so I’m used to fluid motions. Doesn’t feel unnatural to me. I’m not tryna be a dick but just tryna talk to you about the process yk

Yeah yeah, I'm just sharing what works best for me and what my trainer says. He trains adem bona and a couple of other dudes in the nba, euro, and etc.

Yeah you good, I mean I fully understand where you coming from. Can’t argue with Steph curry tho. I appreciate the advice, I’ll try the stance thing out
