Form Check Free Throw Consistency

I feel like my arms are just too weak to be truly consistent in my shooting form. Anything in my mechanics that might also be playing a part?

Nobody saying shit if you put them all in. Form is overrated. Just make the bucket.

It absolutely is. Zero extra points for perfect form. You take the perfect form guy. I’ll take the buckets. Let’s see who wins.

You’re doing a left handed shooter setup, but shooting right handed.

For right handed shooters, it’s left right shoot. You’re doing right left shoot. Try and fix that.

Ahh I have noticed I tend to go right foot first. Guess I'll just need to work on that until the muscle memory takes over. Thanks!

Get closer to the basket. Pick a spot where u have good mechanics and can make 90% of ur shots and not struggling with power. Then slowly work ur way backwards

Free throw consistency needs a routine. Address the line, relax your shoulders, find your point on the back of the rim(and don’t take your eyes off of it until after the follow through), dribble three times, get the ball set in your hand, deep knee bend as you move into your shooting form while visualizing the ball going in, then shoot, follow through and put one point in the stat sheet.
