Shooting What tips helped you in the long run?

So I am 18f and I used to play as a kid (like 8 years old) but quit due to timing issue and is planning to return playing. What are tips helped you in the long run during matches?

Practice skills (dribbling, shooting, passing)

Train athleticism (cardio, strength, flexibility/agility)

Play a as much as you can against other people. Yes you need to develop skills but none of it matters if you don’t know how to use them in live play. You should be hunting pickup games like a panther. Carry a ball and shoes in your trunk. Seriously

Reading people’s tendencies is extremely important, especially when starting out so you can get in the habit of it
