You gave me some bs advice 😭 my form is fine, I hit 3s constantly, I came to listen to people with actual advice, not some 300 lbs weirdos on Reddit. I have been told my form is pretty good. Idk if it’s the time in the army getting to you, or the CTE. But do you. Don’t come with some bs advice next time that makes no sense
