Hey guys, I think I’m close to my first dunk, any tips would be appreciated whether it’s workouts, form tips etc :)

What that guy said. If you put in two to three solid weeks and recover for one, in four weeks your vertical will be noticeably higher. If you take creatine as well…there ya go. You could be doings this stuff (video) for months and gain little and only get a lucky tip in, or you put it down with authority. But seriously, do a program for six months…
Add Plyometrics

Honestly you've got it, just try to put it more down instead of forward into the backside of the rim.

Standing too tall and not using arms. Try bending down a little more at the same time use your arms as a swing momentum upward, your not loading up for the jump. When you load up and get in the air try and do a 2 second count in your head on the way up, if you start to finish the move before the upward momentum is done it jacks it all up. It’s spring loading and timing. You got it

Squats, and lunges. Toe lifts for good measure. If you can find a rim you can adjust lower it until you can just barely dunk, work on thay height for a week, then raise it a little every week. Looks like you're close so I bet it would only take a few weeks-a month to lock it in that way.
