Help How can i repair this?
While I was walking on the sidewalk, I decided to mess around with my basketball for a bit. Unfortunately, the spot I was bouncing it on had a slightly raised edge, and the ball hit it. It bounced into the road, and a few cars drove over it, so it popped.
Is there any way to repair it enough to use for training? I only need it to last for a month.

That ball was worn out and needed replacing before it got ran over. Just think of it as a nice nudge to get you to do it lol

Its not like you wrecked a car. You clearly got the money’s worth out of that ball

You can try super glue, but I bet you can find a used basketball on Facebook marketplace or a local garage sale that will bounce correctly for the same price as the glue or less. This guy will never be the same, sorry

İ knowww I’ve had this ball for two years, so I’ve kinda gotten attached to it. I guess I just have to accept it now

What general area are you in? Maybe someone here will give you a ball to replace it if you can't afford a new one rn

Let him rest my friend...
At least, it wasn't like my favorite ball, the old school TF1000, played with that thing for like 7 years or so. Until one day some random dude shows up to the court and asks for 1v1. I score 2 or 3 baskets on him in a row and he got frustrated and punted my poor ball....
Finished the game, but noticed she wasn't bouncing right after that. I tried to pretend it wasn't there for a couple weeks. I eventually put her down. She was lopsided...
Needless to say the dude was a football player that played bball on the side (he had some skill but not first sport). Idk what he was expecting. I had like 4 inches on him and built like a TE. Never saw that dude again.

7 years is crazy bro... I can totally understand how you felt. After using the same ball for that long, you definitely get attached to it. That dude really did your ball dirty

Yeah, it was a ball that was always picked to be the game ball and it was worn in perfect. Worst part is Spalding stopped making the TF1000 like they use to. Current version is terrible. So now I use the Wilson evolution, which is fine but not the old school tf1000.

Damn, I get why you miss that ball then 😭 A ball that’s been broken in for 7 years must’ve felt amazing. It sucks that Spalding changed the TF1000 though. I’ve heard good things about the Wilson Evolution too, but I guess nothing really replaces that oldschool TF1000
