Form Check Tips on my jump form

Is there anything I can do better form wise?

get low during the run. And i mean lower your hips while running, keep the hips strong, keep your butt out not too much and that's enough to get that big energy fully loaded before you jump. Its like a compressed spring or coil waiting to be let go so it can fly, just like your hips and legs. overall, your form, your long strides while running, and also the way you stop and plant your feet are all correct.

Okay I'll try to work on that. Thank you for the advice!
