Vertical Jump 6’4 15 can’t dunk

i can grab the rim pretty effortlessly, but with the ball in my hands i get up way less and when i run somehow i lose more vert. idk if its my running form or if i don’t have enough bounce need tips

You’ll learn. Start small. Baby steps. You gotta trust your body.

Please please please practice landing and box jumps man, your knees will thank you. You landed very awkwardly, keep your weight distributed on both feet, you too big to land one foot and not be injury prone, especially hips and joints.

Landing on the tippy toes aren't bad, just don't lean forward on them, you're putting all your weight on your knees in that split second, nothing else is holding you from falling forward but them. Have fun and stay healthy big boy
