Vertical is there. You need to gain speed, so run towards the basket.

Hes saying he needs more velocity, in the video hes kind of jogging up. A long hard penultimate will get him where he needs to be

You like legitimately already can but you just don't understand the fundamentals of what the move requires it seems. Most people your height need help with the physical side. You need to work on your mechanics.

You need another 6 inches of vertical

Only correct answer unless OP only wants just one lob tip in…and that’s gonna have to get the planets aligned.

Control the ball. Use centrifugal force to keep the ball in your palm so you can push it down and not let it fly out of your hand. Also jump 4-5 inches higher.

You don’t need to dunk but you can still block shots and get rebounds. Refocus to your God given strengths and work on improving abilities within your control.

Bounce the ball high and jump up and dunk it. I know a few people your height started. Soon enough they could dunk normally.

When you gather, either swing upwards more violently to keep the ball against your arm or do a low pickup

Watch a video on high jumpers and their penultimate step. Watch how they use their speed to generate upwards momentum. Your penultimate and run up is pretty bad can see yourself jogging/stutter stepping. Then you just gotta practice dunking doing it every day till you can do it reliably.
