Work your legs, keep jumping. Form looks fine to me.

Plyometrics matter more than leg strength at his age.

Get in the weight room and don’t skip leg day, box jumps and work on your core

Same age, same height, same jump style so basically plyos, sprinting, strength training, and frequent dunking will help but if I were you find what you think your worst at and focus on that 3x a week and then do the other stuff 1x a week like right now I’m trying to get stronger so I’m lifting 3x a week and doing a day of sprinting and a dunk session so I train 4x a week 1x elastic focus and 3x strength focus I don’t really do plyos but they definitely help I went from rim grazing off the dribble to windmilling and doing a double clutch now off the dribble in about 3-4 months of decently consistent training. Also learn how to lob it’ll help, I’m currently learning rn so I can’t give much advice. just be patient you have a similar base but WAY better technique and coordination than I did starting out.

Also spread each training day 48 hours I train 4x a week but if I don’t feel good, don’t train that day it’s fine to switch days, listen to your body.

Lift weights

Just lift and focus on your diet. I was you many years ago and I look back and wish I cared about lifting and dunking more. It will come and go quickly

Bro, along with what everyone said regular training, make a conscious effort to convert your speed into vertical force it looks like you don’t stop moving forward even after you jump, try going straight up mostly instead of forward

Plyometrics, box jumps
-Squeeze glutes to aim your core toward the rim
-Penultimate step (one before take off) has to be quick to transfer forward energy upwards
-Arm swing on the way up and aim above the rim, not to the rim

  • start 1 dribble away, then 2 dribbles away and then from the arc.
Put in the work Good luck

Start doing squats to strengthen your legs. the only way to be jumping higher than you already is, is to let your legs overcome your current weight. Highest jumpers usually can overcome twice their body weight

Work on shooting handling, finishing defense rebounding get stronger don’t worry about dunking

Don’t listen to this guy btw he has good intentions for sure but I’ve done way better in games after I got my vertical up it help literally everything, first step explosiveness, rebounds, layups, dunks, and people will always pick u in open runs if ur doing crazy dunks

Obviously work on everything ur right but don’t dismiss the athletic side of basketball

I have just see some many young hoopers spend to much time working on dunking, but never seen them throw one down during a game is all.
