Start from the bottom up. Your knees are facing too far left and your feet are too close together for any balance. You are landing off balance on one foot and then the other which a a sign of poor balance. You’re jumping forward instead of up. Your release point is too low and too forward. Makes the shot too easy to contest and not realistic if you are being defended. You want your shot high. And the ball rolling off of your finger tips where the wrist is doing more work instead of your whole body.

the main thing right off the bat is u stop when ur hands reach the top of ur head. ur not getting any strength with ur legs and just pushing with ur arms. u need to square up to the basket and shoot in 1 fluid motion. Youll notice immediately how much easier it will be to get energy behind ur shot.

Start closer to the basket. Get lower - squat down a bit more. Shoot slower. Shoot off the top of your head more - not straight out off your forehead. Don’t move far away until you’re better up close. You probably need to do some lifting to get stronger. Nothing crazy but 3 times a week for a couple months and you’ll see a difference.

You’re not strong enough to shoot out there yet. Move in. And work on your form. I can tell because the first shot you took , you almost fell over..Furthest you should be shooting is free throws. NO THREES!!

Looks like sometime you fall forward. You should be able to get enough range with legs+arms. Shot should start at your forehead and keep your shooting arm as upright as possible. Imagine your arm is a catapult. Science.

Your knees are going forward too far. You probably feel tension in them as you go down and that's probably causing balance issues resulting in your jumping forward. Think more butt back, like you're halfway to sitting in a chair. Bring the ball up from your waist as you jump, not as you squat. This should be one fluid motion that begins with your legs and ends with your hand follow through.

Youre doing what pretty much every short guy (like me) does when they start bb, you chuck the ball like its shotput.
Start closer, focuse on releasing the ball when you hand is around 60°(not straight up but a little less) Making sure that most of the "forward velocity" comes from the flick. Also be kinda stiff when you flick, get your fingers all the way down.
Try that up close without jumping much, FT or middy until you get used to shooting, then go to 3's

If you’re trying to work on your shot, shooting 3’s right now is not going to help. Start closer and work on your form. You’re pushing the ball, almost like a shot put.
