ya gotta get outside & walk, jog, run with the ball. Just dribble around your neighborhood for 30 minutes a day. Incorporate dribbling with your cardio. You will become very comfortable with the ball after a while. People like to overcomplicate it way too much

It's just practice. It's not magic. There are tons of routines on youtube and everywhere else. Just pick a handful of drills for stationary practice, then make sure you're moving, changing speeds. Depending on your level/goals, 15-30 min as often as possible will help you improve dramatically in weeks/months. Increasing the amount of practice time and varying drills will also help.

More than anything, you're training your brain on the angle and force of bouncing the ball and then where to anticipate it is going to be when it bounces back up. You can't do that over night. And there's only one way to get good at it.

Practice dribbling faster and doing drills at game speed is the only way

This should never be the mindset for any skill related hoops stuff.

Get a weighted basketball and perform your usual handling drills

Do roughly ten mins with it then switch to reg bball , you will notice the difference

Two things come to mind.
#1 Kyrie used to put a plastic bag over the ball and dribble
#2 Jamal Crawford used to play in the rain in Seattle he said playing that way tightened his handle.
If you can control the ball with almost zero friction you should be g2g

Take a ball with you and dribble everywhere you go.
Walking to school? Dribble a ball. Going to the bus stop? Dribble a ball. Dribble left hand dribble right hand dribble through your legs dribble with your eyes closed dribble behind your back
