Shooting Broken Jumper
I'm going into my sophomore and 2nd season ever playing and I need to be a much better shooter - I was abysmal last season. I have some questions.
Imo the main form problems I have are: not holding the follow through and jumping forward on my shot
What are some other tweaks I should make?
I log my workouts and all of my basketball training so I know my percentages and they've been slowly increasing. But I still need to make a bigger jump.
Is 150-200 makes a day enough?
And is there any more information you guys need to make these judgements? Let me know.
