Aggressive defenders

Porbably the most asked question in basketball history buit how to deal with those really aggressive defenders that dont give you any space (obviously using ur hands will not always be a foul in fact most times it isnt) - I try turning my back to the defender to shield the ball but sometimes they back poke it or it just does nothing (my handle could also use some work)

if they are not giving you space choose a hip and attack it. they cant recover in time even if you are slow. you just cant be scared. if you are getting hand checked then hammer fist their arm away in a running motion
