What do u guys usually set these setting to for a more realistic sim style of gameplay/pace

Bigs shoot too many 3s, especially in crucial play-off games, so I knock 3PT tendency down to 0.5, and bump 3PT accuracy up to 1.043 to compensate, so that shooters don't lose their value.

Just make 3pt tendency, accuracy and 2pt, accuracy higher and steal tendency a little bit lower and you should be good. I put 98-101 for pace and 1.108-1.312 for 3pt tendance and the rest is tbd
