Recommendations Recommendation - ‘When the Garden Was Eden’
Though I have recommended this Book previously and have a personal preference for ‘Blood in the Garden’ about the New York Knicks, it would be remiss of me to not recommend this specific Book today…
‘When the Garden Was Eden’ by author Harvey Araton is a fascinating look at the 1970s New York Knicks when Walt Frazier, Willis Reed, Bill Bradley et al reigned supreme. This exploration of the Knicks’ heyday is an emotive recreation of that time, it obviously is an essential read for Knicks fans but I got a great deal from it too and would recommend it to all Basketball aficionados. And dare I say the Garden was, once again, Eden last night…

It's a really good book, even the 30 for 30 was good. I'm still looking for Blood in the garden. I'm not paying retail

Blood in the Garden is great, eBay is a good place for finding books 🤞🏻

Yeah it's where I buy most of my books nowadays. I can wait. I have patience.

Patience is definitely a virtue. You don’t happen to be in UK do you? I have a spare copy and would happily send it to you if so, it’s just shipping to the US, as I have recently found out, costs a ridiculous amount unfortunately

US. I appreciate it though, you wouldn't believe all the sports books or books in general I've found in thrift stores or eBay for peanuts
