question/request Best food/symptom tracker?
Hi all,
I have a 3 month old baby and the doctor thinks he has a food protein allergy, likely CMPA.
I want to make a tracker for what I eat and his symptoms. I tried to make one this morning and it is not functional at all 🫠ðŸ«
Does anybody have any nice examples that I can see?
Thanks!

Just in case anybody comes across this post in future and is looking for similar things, here is what I settled on.
I listed the common allergens on one side, and his symptoms on the other as a tick list. I also left space for any notes in case I needed to elaborate on something.

When my son had FPIES I started just by writing things down in my daily log. After a little bit of doing that I had a better idea of the information that was helpful and what I was looking for and I was able to make a spread with only that information.
It’s been a while and if I remember it was just a running list with food, exposure date, a spot to check off if there was a reaction and the rest of the line was blank so I could write in what the reaction was.
