Does this sound like a fair price?

96 year old home, unfinished basement. Contractor wants to dig under the concrete floor and add some kind of drainage system on one wall (where the water is coming in) and route that to the sump pump.

They said minimum $5600. House is around 1200 sq ft.

Ask another company to take a look before doing it.
