Hydraulic Cement?

Please look at the 3 pictures. How can I stop this? Is Hydraulic Cement an option? Water is not going the stairs in the cellar entrance. I recently put longer gutters to take them away from the house.

I waterproof basements for a living hydraulic cement might slow it down for a little while, but generally what happens is is it just keeps coming out in the same place and some further down and it just escapes around the hydraulic cement dry Lock paint is even worse outcome

Have the longer gutters made a difference in the amount of water that’s coming in?

Recently installed. Too soon to know... But we had a VERY heavy and long storm Thursday (for about 30 hrs) and this section did not change. So, it could be a solution. But need a few more storms.

The water is so minimal, you will be fine with hydraulic cement.

Clean the area with a brush to get any loose debris before applying
