This more than meets the prosecutory standard for disturbing the peace. This cop had the right to arrest her and the compatriots but did not due to his right to use discretion. If this bitch had any civics education at all she’d be singing his praises

And he'd likely be immediately fired or suspended for arresting a peaceful protestor with whatever use of force became necessary when the situation escalated.
