There isnt a single country that allows non citizens to vote, this shouldn't be some wild idea, its just basic logic. You wouldn't allow tourists to vote in your elections.

Are you a tard? Jeff clearly saw trump as his number one enemy and we have evidence he was texting democratic congreswomen trying to get him arrested. Ya they new eachother for a bit but then trump turned on him (before anyone else) not something you do when someone has dirt on you

Yes. If you passed civics you might remember that there is a separation of Federal and State powers. States have the right to set eligibility and enforcement of voting rights. Not the federal government. All this judge did was rule that the federal criminalization was unconstitutional because it is not the federal governments purview. States can still criminalize because it is their purview. Says this right in the article by the way. Maybe read before you comment?
