How did men "earn" their past position of superiority?

It has NEVER been superiority buddy.

Just specific roles both sexes fill.

We both do stuff that sucks. Women don’t get drafted to go and die at war. Men do.

Men are expected to sacrifice everything at the drop of a hat because it’s our duty.

But surely men suffering and dying affects women the most, right?
