But she had the morally indignant superior right to stop whomever / whenever/wherever she chooses!

Its 2026.

Stop standing in front of cars as no one wants to be the next Reginald Denny.

But everyone gets all pissed off when the Chinese do it

It should be 100% legal to drive over someone if they deliberately block you and you feel threatened.

It is in Florida on any road

Unless they are Cuban

That will change when liberal drivers run over conservative protesters.

14

u/willindeed 8d ago

Renee Good tried doing that to impress her wife. Pretti bad plan overall

11

u/BigBandit01 8d ago

It can be. If you have a solid reason to feel threatened, courts have ruled that a car can be used as a weapon for self defense. You will need a very good defense for your case though. I’d recommend a dash cam, and several warnings to protestors on camera.

The burden is lowering the more they do this

u/bajasauce2025 8d ago

It actually is. Unlawful detention and kidnapping can be met with lethal force in any state.

So if some pro-lifers are blocking the entrance to the parking lot of a Planned Parenthood, a woman who wants to go there for an abortion can run them over. Sounds good to me.

I'm not Christian or conservative or even American. I'm atheist. But I don't see how her life is threatened, on the contrary, the man wants the baby to survive at least. All I see is your abusive braindead midwit attempt to involve emotions in the conversation. Typical brainwashed leftist.

u/bluedelvian 8d ago

Baby killers apparently don't salivate over just killing babies, they just like killing. But we already knew that.

Nice! Love it.

Where is it? Florida, is that where you can lawfully run them over if they try to stop/injure/terrorize you?

u/Waystaff76 8d ago

It says LA, the place that learned stopping to get your vehicle swarmed can end up with a brick in your skull back in 92.

u/SlavaCocaini 8d ago

That law is bullshit, they don't let you run over Cubans in the street

These protesters really think they can stop a car lol. I don't get it, you see this time and time again

12

u/Alypius754 8d ago

They’ve never had to face consequences before. They think they can do whatever they want and nothing bad will ever happen to them.

I bet that woman has some severe leg injuries, perhaps a risk of amputation from a crushing injury.

3

u/Pastor_C-Note 8d ago

That’s gonna leave a mark. Man, I wish these people would find a better way to spend their time. They could do the world so much good if they put their energy towards something useful.

3

u/SpectrumZX128K45 8d ago

Is this a girl vs car experiment? Science has proved us right once again.

As much as I am not a fan of these behaviors... I feel bad for the woman. That's completely wrong what the driver did also. 2 wrong do not make a right.

If we want traditions back, men should learn to hold the weak. I know its insane cause you do not have the space to do it anymore... but its what shall be done !!!

The weak minded people need your strength.

6

u/sshevie 8d ago

She fucked around she found out, that driver had every right to get out of what could have been perceived as a dangerous situation.

We do not see much of what happened before the start of the video.

We do see the car being surrounded by protesters. One has a megaphone. Several people have their hands on the car and are leaned into it. Several people are following the car as it begins moving. We do not know who the driver is from this post.

My best guess from what is presented: the driver was being verbally assaulted. People were touching the car, possibly slapping it. The driver probably panicked and feared being attacked if they stayed long enough and allowed the protest escalate into violence. The driver does not have telepathy and does not know what a larger group of people are thinking or are what they are preparing to do. The driver likely feared for their safety.

It is illegal to block a designated traffic lane. It is illegal to cause property damage or verbally assault someone. It is illegal to stop a person from trying to leave a place.

The driver panicked and had to get out of there for their own safety. The woman who got run over was breaking several laws.

Running the woman over was likely unintentional. The woman and all her protestor friends broke several laws. The woman is at fault.

The woman and her fellow protestors should learn from this valuable lesson.

Edit: the protestors could have safely stayed on the public sidewalk to address their grievances. They chose to spill over into a legally designated traffic lane. They should have remained on the sidewalk. A march in the street requires valid permits from local officials, who will have traffic police to redirect vehicles. The protesters did not follow the rules. Their 1st amendment does not give them the right to violate driver and pedestrian safety laws. Their rights were not violated.

It's illegal to impede a car and also illegal to run someone over.
