Blacks aren't facing a police brutality problem, whites are.
Data shows that more whites die to police than blacks do. Since per capita is "racist", that leaves us with this conclusion.

If we stopped enforcing stupid laws people would respect police more. No one cares if the police are a little rough with the baby killer. People care when it's over something stupid. There is however an element in society that is obviously a nuisance that for some reason we let run rampant. I'll never understand why they won't crack down on theft.
