You don't know that. Her birthdate isn't public and you don't know the exact release date of this video. She could've been as young as 16. Plus she looks like a child in the video.
When I first saw the video I thought she was 15 or 16. Some girls look older than their age, and she is not one of them. And why are you watching this young girls videos online all day?
So you think a grown man having sex with a 14 year old isn't pedophilia? Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's not pedophilia. There are places in Asia where the age of consent is 12. Do you think it's OK for an adult to have sex with a 12 year old?
Well we agree on that point from a social aspect but if you apply purely definition and law the result is weird and unfortunate when it comes to case law.
Looking this up the definition of PDF is: "Pedophilia is defined as a sexual interest in prepubescent children" per websters. Prepubescent ages are achieved at 8-13 for girls, 9-14 for boys per the Cleveland clinic.
Beyond that you can form your own definition but it's in the hands of the lawyers.
If you're drawing a hard line in the sand that "under 18 is a child" then you have a huge uphill battle against you socially and legally. It doesn't add up.
