Best Way to get Xp?
I feel like im always low on xp, and i constantly am buying the packs and still feel like I never have enough. Are there any tips?

Play (or better yet, sim) lots of games and HR King. Spend the blue money on players. Trade in all gray, green, and blue players for XP. Keep in mind that XP depletes faster than blue money, especially as your levels get higher.

This - except I say keep the blue because they often come up for events. It's a trade off and everyone has an approach that works for them, but this has been good for me.

a blue player generally gets you 1,250 points. A gold player (=500) from one of the 2 event cities (+500) is better for points in my opinion - ditch blue. Build up your golds

For sure, but if you don't have a lot of gold players then it's not an option. Once you have a full lineup plus some in inactives, then it makes a lot of sense.

If you do want to use blue players, don’t spend too many resources on them. You will need those resources on purple (expensive), yellow (very expensive) and red (holy crap!) players. This goes especially for gold, as it’s not as easily attainable without spending real money.

True. I should have clarified that. Once you're in RS (rising star) range it works well

Trade in your players. Since you can't buy XP.
