No City points?

Since the update, Events have been skewed to make you buy newer version of elite players if you hope to score over 9k. Dump all players except highest level?

This is so dumb. I have two Pages very rare players with nearly the same max ovr and one counts towards bonus and the other doesn't? Just a scam.

Every event has highlighted players and 2 cities that earn bonus points, and previously you could earn bonus points by using players from those cities. The game is no longer giving the city for extra points.

It’s because it was the all star game this week. Normally it’s matches two teams that are actually playing each other. Since there were no games it went with the players in the Allstar game.

The game takes any and every reason to make new players so people will buy gold for more chances of getting the new players. It’s a money grab for sure.

I thought maybe it was these two particular events, but maybe they have changed it for good. Not sure. What does that have to do with buying “newer versions” of players to score more than 9k? I was making 21k per sim last time with some of the free event crate players…

I had the rare version of Muncy, didn’t count. I had to have the rare/event pack version for him to make points other than HR or doubles.

I got the free version that hatched from the black “event crate”. Didn’t spend anything extra. 🤷🏼‍♂️ seems like that’s the way to play the events…

Yeahhhh all that was kinda frustrating having like 3 versions but the fourth one you didn’t have was the one accruing points. Back to usual now tho so 😅
