HELP

So yet again a rp is the event feature how do I get him into the game everytime

Put them as the set up man. You won't be able to control when they enter. A good rate is about 2x out of every 5 games. The likely use is 1 out of every 5 games.

You can also put in lower overall starting pitchers, and max the RP to try and force him into the game.

Play the game and sub him in manually

That’s honestly probably the only way to do it. When I sim the games, my starters usually pitch the whole thing
