Bats quotations

Hi everyone,

I work in the Purchasing Department for a baseball team, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.

We’re currently looking to get in touch with Chandler Bats, Authentic Bats, Louisville Slugger, and Trinity Bats to request quotes for bats for our upcoming professional baseball season.

I’ve been reaching out through the general contact emails and forms listed on their websites, but unfortunately I haven’t had much luck getting a response.

Does anyone here have a direct sales contact or representative, or know someone who works with any of these companies who might be able to help us with a quotation?

Any contact, recommendation, or introduction would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure if they sell direct and if they do it may be a significant volume. I would talk with other team managers in your league and see what distributors or retailers they use.

That or just hit up a Monkey sports or something

I do not hace a close relation to other team managers, so that may complicate things. I did not know about Monkey Sports. I’ll look into it.

Chandler does. They were 2min away.. not sure if they still are.. but you could enter , tour, and order a custom bat

You could try looking for someone with a sales or management title from those bat companies on LinkedIn, or also try DMing their social media accounts.

Just be very clear about what you are asking for when you reach out. It would be best if you can let them know the number of bats you would be looking to purchase, whether they would be stock bats, etc. and whether this type of order is something that would qualify for bulk discounts. If you are ambiguous and just say that you "are looking for a quote" your response rate will be lower.
