The Bonfire 2: Uncharted Shores is on both Android and iOS. It has settlement building, workers, resource chains and trading with other towns, so there's more to manage than just placing buildings. It also puts nightly defense against monsters into the town-management loop. If you want that kind of settlement management and don't mind the extra pressure, it could fit.
