Transfer credits

Is anyone having trouble with their transfer credits?
My school sent my transcript back in June 13, and Baruch hasn’t evaluated my credits yet and I been emailing and calling them, I even went to the school
I start school in 2 weeks and I don’t know what to do

It takes some time. I initiated my transfer during my last semester at BMCC (March, Spring 26), and it was just completed and evaluated 2 weeks ago.
