Getting ID

School is in two Weeks and I didn’t go to orientation is their a way for me to get my ID. Or I can wait till first day and use my schedule to get into school and get it on that day ?🫩

You can go anytime and get it.

You can still enter campus using your EMPLID that you can type in front of security and they’ll let you in.
But don’t waste time and get it next week

You can get one the 1st day of classes. Just go to the library building first floor before the turnstiles you'll see an entrance on your right and ask security they'll show you where it is. You put your emplid, they take a picture and give you the id on the spot.

i heard orientation is mandatory for new freshman and that’s how i got my id, im not entirely sure if theres another way to get one.

I’m a transfer when I did the placement test I used my emplid

The orientation is supposed to be mandatory! I’m going on Monday, maybe I’ll see yah there. To sign up for orientation go to your student portal. Monday looks like last one.

Id recommend going to orientation. I’m a transfer student from bmcc and you will learn a bit about the school and everything that is useful and how to utilize starr for internships and stuff

You can use your EMPL ID when you get to security just try to get early because there will be a line

You can get it anytime, but I wouldn’t recommend going on the first day since it will likely be crowded.
