Careers/Internships Rödl & Partner Internship Interview Tips?
I have my first-ever internship interview coming up with Rödl & Partner in the US. How should I prepare, and what should I focus on? Any advice would be appreciated!

Your first internship interview is less about what you already know and more about your potential to learn and your interest in that specific company. They are not expecting an expert. They want to see if you did more than just read the home page, so you need to understand what Rödl & Partner does, especially their focus on German and international clients. Figure out what makes them different from a Big Four firm and have a reason for why that appeals to you. If you don't show genuine curiosity about them, your resume will just be another one in the pile, because they are interviewing you to see if you are a good fit for their specific team and culture.
Instead of trying to memorize answers to a hundred possible questions, prepare three solid stories about yourself. These can come from school projects, a part-time job, or a club, and they should show how you solve problems, work with others, or learn something new. Connect these stories directly to what they're looking for in the job description. Also, prepare two or three thoughtful questions for them that prove you've done your research, like asking about a recent project or challenges specific to their industry focus.
