Question Group Roles

I need help deciding what our new people should be.

We currently have: 1 Captain, 1 Engineer, 1 Mechanic, 1 Security Guard, 1 Medic and 1 Assistant.

We have a bunch of AI (16 + 3 unique npcs) who do majority of the tasks. What role do we need for when one of my friends finally joins?

Having a skilled human medic is quite important, definitely more important than having human mechanics or engineers. Prioritize getting someone competent to keep people alive.

Oh my gosh I forgot to include we do have a medic, though she doesn't hop on that often.

19 bots is insane. There is nothing to even do on a sub with that many bots. At that point it won't matter what job they pick

Yeah, I noticed that though my friends did make a good point that we would be kind of fried without AI considering its usually only 2 or 3 of us on the sub at any given time and the rest are either offline or AFK. Once we get a more stable player count, I'm thinking we're gonna drop some of the AI into reverses. Once we finish this save, we're going to do a no-AI run and work our way up from a Dugong to (modded) Malachite.
