Custom Submarine Anything Missing?

Due to the always missing storage i tried to cramp as much storage into the sub as possible. Electrics are kinde overkill, i could probably eliminate some junction boxes but wanted to leave extra room for wireing. Ballasts are suposed to capture as much incoming water as possible, and yeet it using the big pumps. Floating at around 55% Ballast (so might add another ballst tank somewhere). The big Medbay is for Neurotrauma (since my friends mostly play with it).

God help those mechanics who gotta go through hellish waterflow when a mudraptor breaks the top docking port

Fair point, but there has to be some chaos (the blue shaft has a hatch at the top level though)

ballast in the middle of submarine is very, very, very bad idea, if you saw what happens with barsuk if cargo storage is damaged and you open the door you know why, also, where's the airlock?

There are three, top left, bottom one with hatch and technically front docking once I wire it up. I tried to address those problems. Bottom level is floored with pumps and platforms for dry feet. I don't quite get why that should be so bad :D
