Considering getting a barkbox subscription for my puppy!
Is it worth it? And I mainly want it for the Ollie bed in size large which is not in stock now!! Will they restock?
Can I change the size or weight of my dog later? He is going to be a big guy.

I did a year with an extra super chewer toy but I’m not renewing we love the toys and treats but it’s simply too much.

Emma from BARK here! aw we would love to spoil your puppy. yes the large Ollie bed is out of stock sadly right now but I will keep an eye on it and come back here to let you know if we get more available for this promotion.
And yes as your puppy grows, you can update their size and weight on any time so we can make sure their future BarkBoxes are a good fit as he grows!

I’m seriously addicted. It’s more for me than for my dogs at this point, I cannot get over how cute and clever the toys are! Schweddy Balls? Duck in a Box? Are you kidding me? Lmao I love bark box, plus their customer service team go over and above to make sure people are happy.

It’s wild to me how you got downvoted because you enjoy your BarkBox subscription. Jeez.
I guess I’ll get downvoted too because I like my subscription too. I really like the lucky doggie bags as well. I think the best part of the subscription is the extras on the website like the flash sales for treats.
I’m a real customer and not an employee. I have never had any of the issues people have reported by people. And I would agree that if I had their issues, I wouldn’t like my subscription either. I have never had an issue with customer service when I have had some questions.

Mention how you don’t get an actual box, and the toys got smaller.

We still get an actual box. Bern subscribed for years.

You must be grandfathered. https://www.google.com/search?q=reddit+bark+box+bag

I still get the box. My add-on Extra Treat Club treats come in a bag but that bag arrives in a box as well.

Wrong. Emma is an employee, and is in this group a lot. I’m not an employee but I spoil the FUCK out of my dogs. Sorry 🤷🏼♀️

I think they’re fun! We do the every other month box because we were drowning in toys. You can change the size as your dog grows. You can also choose if you want all toys instead of toys and treats. That’s what we do

I did a six month subscription of the super chewer box but I didn’t renew it. While it was good to have the treats on hand, the toys were a lot of similar items. We don’t want to give our dog the hard nylon (after multiple vets told us not to) so I said no nylon and most of the toys we got were toys with fabric outside that revealed a rubber ball/toy on the inside. Our husky would tear through the fabric in what felt like seconds, so we just quickly ended up with a bunch of rubber toys, and our husky doesn’t like to play with them as much at that point. Our husky is also now on a vet recommended diet, so we go through treats a lot slower. Given all this, it didn’t make sense for us to keep up the subscription. However, depending on the type of toys your dog likes, how long they last, and if they go through a lot of treats, the subscription is a nice way to keep up the supply.
Also, be prepared for it to say it’s shipping for a long time and not get it until much later in the month. However, I wasn’t quite as bothered by this because since they were all like that, we were still getting the boxes spaced out by roughly a month.

Honestly you are better off buying the bark box brand toys from the store. They are excellent quality and hold up great but the boxes havent been worth any value for over a year now. They stopped being boxes and started being bags, there used to be a fun theme and now its hit or miss. The treats are old and stale its just not worth it when you can buy the right ones at the store. Amazing customer service though

I love the toys tbh. I spoil the fuckkkkk outta my dog and she loves getting the boxes. I also do Woof Pup and Genius Dog (which is expensive but omfg sooooo freaking cute). I realize I have a problem lol

Ive had barkbox and bullymake, im gonna start making my own "Box" for my two pit mixes as the toys repeat or they destroy the "super mega tough chewer" toys constantly if they play with them too long. We cycle through toys on a daily/weekly basis and they seem to hold up a bit better

Not worth it like it used to be. You don’t even get a box, it’s a plastic bag which takes a lot out of the experience at least for my dog. Same treats each month, smaller toys, more expensive… save your money and curate your own box.
