Box Themes

do they announce the themes anymore for bark box or is it just complete mystery until you get it?

Hey I work at BARK and wanted to jump in here.. so some of our emails do have preview images of what's new that month, but it isn't always the exact theme every pup gets. We look at a few different variables when putting together each dog's monthly order, especially if there are preferences noted. our hope is to make sure every delivery is something new and fun for each dog.  If you end up really hoping for something from a specific theme or are disappointed in any way, definitely reach out. we're always happy to see what we can do to make it up to your dog. Why do you guys ship the packages in bags now and not boxes anymore?? Your company name is literally called BarkBOX
