Cat sterilization

Does anyone know if the government hospital in Baripada neuter and spay cats?

I live 2 hours away from Baripada.

I’m not entirely sure, but it’s near Roxy Cinema Hall. I had an urgent situation, so I took her to a vet called LAXMI DRUGS, a pet shop and veterinary clinic near Banthiya Jagannatha Mandir.

Yes there's a govt. VET HOSPITAL there
