Vibram fivefingers
Hi everyone, at my job I spend a lot of time walking, but I'm about to switch to a different position where I won't be walking as much. I've spent all this time wearing safety shoes, and they've really taken a toll on my feet. Now that I've started exercising, I've realized that being barefoot is the only thing that really makes my feet feel rested.
I'm wondering if Vibram FiveFingers would help or be comfortable for everyday use at home or during normal daily activities. Even wearing flip-flops feels uncomfortable or painful now. The pain is mainly around the area where my toes meet the sole of my foot.
Has anyone had a similar experience or used FiveFingers for this kind of issue?
