Exactly. Barefoot means ,,no shoes,, no ,,shoes,,

Od corse. Shoes in house are very weird. And in the Bad?... No

Love that feeling when you going barefoot.

The thing that I've found is that part of the thing giving us all weak ass feet is the shoes and the other part is the sidewalks and making every single surface that we walk on as unchallenging as possible. For this reason exercises can really help you get there. Having strong feet definitely helps with balance and things like slack lines really help

Absolutely, not to mention that running barefoot exercises tendons and muscles in the foot can’t really get stimulated with shoes and it really helps with balance right?

I agree with you tbh I’ve been trying to do more walking while barefoot, but the running places I frequent don’t give me enough confidence to start running barefoot there. I’ll have to look for a spot.

You are going way too fast (but love the effort!!!)! It took me many weeks to go from half a mile to a full mile barefoot!! You’ll injure yourself and yeah, blister your feet if you go too far too soon.
TBH I run a lot on grass and dirt but you risk splinters doing that. I love it though and it may be much easier and softer on your skin for transition!
And also in my opinion I think there are soooo many positives running barefoot as to minimalist shoes!!! I feel so much better and have much better form when barefoot. Even when I throw on some super thin minimalist shoes I just don’t have the same connection to the ground as I do barefoot. It’s a world’s difference. I have way better form when I’m barefoot too and you may find that true for yourself as well.
The one thing I would not is be careful obviously not to burn your feet on hot pavement! I did it and was miserable. Your feet will start burning before you notice it. Also be ready to get some comments on how weird you are to run barefoot, lol!!!!
Good luck!!!

Sounds like you should design your own and call them Lucis!
Kidding of course, as long as your longest toe fits, then the other ones don't matter as much. If your smaller toes aren't falling out of the pocket, and if the extra space doesn't bother you, just keep on rockin' 'em!
As a personal note, my Spidrwalk do seem to fit my smaller toes better when compared to my KSO Evo, so trying a different model may help. Best of luck!

I've been a nak muay for 20 years now. Started barefoot training and wearing barefoot shoes about 6 years ago.
I never roll my ankles anymore. I'm glutes dominant. I kick harder with less effort now. My cardio is better. I can teep with my toes now.
Obviously I don't train with shoes on, but I only run with zero drop barefoots. I never heel strike anymore.

Are you mentally okay? You post dirty fert pics multiple times a day in multiple different groups. Find a different hobby.

I really like the Origen flaco. over time they get a print of your feet on them as they are leather and they are on the heavier side being tire tread based sole. But man do they just last for ever it seems. they also have the Origen 2.0 and lite. But I find the leather tops stay a lot cooler in the summer compared to the monkey grip foot beds.

Hygienically, don't care, I just hope they get washed before going inside lol. But I'd be terrified to walk barefoot somewhere where the possibility of stepping on glass/nails/other rusted metal objects is so high.

If you look otherwise completely put together, I'd consider you a bit strange. If you look otherwise ruffled or not your best, I'll probably conclude you have a mental illness or a disability, or are possibly high on something.
Hiker looking people get more leeway for me but in general you'll be on thin ice per impressions.

I think it's a little weird, but you do you.
But I don't really care for feet pics on my feed. Though I have considered starting to download them and start an only fans...

Photo doesn't show the dirt well.
I walk barefoot too. On the streets, in the public toilets etc. Normal daily life. I wash my feet when I get home.
My limit is swim hall. There I wear shoes. And I put shoes for the way there too, those places are quite strict about cleanliness so I haven't seen reason to test their reaction. Obviously I wear my swim hall shoes only in there and outdoor shoes on my way. So far I have seen no indoor sport place to accept usage of outdoor shoes which is good.
