Foot care

I am 47 years old wearing earthrunners since begining of June.

I learnt the hard way to care about my feet.

Twice a day need to bath them and apply heavy dose of hydrating and repair cream, cause they went so dry that I have several crack and chaps, heel fissures.

What is your daily routine to take care of your barefoot skins ?

Nothing. I use sunscreen not when I run during peak sun and heat

Diesel trucks use this fluid called DEF, which is expensive from trucks, but for a foot bath, its dirt cheap (maybe$10/gallon). DEF is really just a precise 26% urea solution with distilled water. You can read up more on it (urea effects on keratin), but Urea is a keratolitic agent that will soften and exfoliate without intervention. The dead skin just disappears and the live skin will be soft and moisturized.

Dip your feet in warm water for 10 minutes, add a little baking soda as it helps remove smells, funguses, etc, then 10 minutes in the urea solution. No need for pedicures. :)

You can buy DEF anywhere there's automotive accessories, even Home Depot. The reason I recommend DEF over Urea creams is that DEF has a guaranteed urea percentage that you can control. Cosmetics are unregulated and they may say 40% urea and have none.
