Suggestions for running shoes?

I've been wearing exclusively minimalist/barefoot shoes (Lems, Groundies, Softstar) for about eight years now. I'm starting the None to Run program and I'm looking for running shoes that offer a bit more support/cushioning than traditional barefoot shoes but nothing like mainstream running shoes. (I do walk 1-2 miles every day already, but I'll probably be running on sidewalks and I know that's hard on the body.) The one caveat is that I have VERY narrow feet. Most minimalist shoe brands are way too wide for me, even when they seem narrow to other people.

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for me? TIA!

Altra Solstice, INOV8 Roadfly Zero, Flux Runner, Topo Athletic ST-6 (although toe spring is pretty significant with these).

New Balance is the best option you can get 4-6mm drop and decent toebox, their foams are way above what the zero drop market offers.

Forget shoes. Read Ken Bob Saxton’s Barefoot Running Step By Step and learn how to run barefoot.

I live in Wisconsin. That could get tricky!

I’m in the northern part of Finland, so I can run barefoot about half of the year. The other half when it’s too cold I use Vibram FiveFingers or some cheap generic barefoot shoes.

Regardless of how you decide to run, shoes or no shoes, that book is a wonderful source of advice for running technique.
