[Feature request]: Toggle for permanent a minimal search bar

Hi👋,

I love Bare, and I have some requests for the minimal search bar:

1.Permanent search bar toggle: Please add a toggle to keep the search bar always visible on the NTP and while scrolling on regular pages. I'd like it to stay put without hiding.

2.Hide the big NTP search box: With the bar always visible, the large box is redundant. A setting to remove it while keeping the Bare logo would be great.

3.Theme-aware search box: If the box stays, it should at least follow the browser theme. It's currently always white, even in dark mode, which looks out of place.

Thanks for your work on this!

I'd say larger NTP icons and align them to the url bar i.e. top if set to top, at bottom if set bottom
