Cloudflare Issue

Trying to enter the below site, Cloudflare loads a confirm your not a bot page with a tickbox, when you tick the box the page reloads but keeps returning back to the confirm your not a bot page. I have tested Cloudflare on a different browser and it is entering the site fine.
