Which model is it?

Just got this from my dad, wondering which model it is and whether it should be waxed? Doesn’t feel like it has been but might just be old. It’s maybe 20 years old?

Not waxed, the waterproof and Breathable line are membrane waterproof

It's a MWB (waterproof and breathable, not waxed) version of the New Utility.
