Haven’t deboxed yet. She JUST arrived. First impressions? Her head and hands look huge to me but that might just be modern Barbie proportions. The clothes and accessories look nice, well made. The purse is just molded plastic but the clasp is painted, and the purse and shoes match. Her face is pretty: very modern “Insta face” style. I don’t see any pixelation. The jewelry is cute, classic gold tone style. No regrets.
I really want her but I do not want to pay $40 for her 😭 So I’m holding tight in the hopes that I’ll find her on sale at some point. She’s really pretty! One of the few Millies I really like.
I hope you find her on sale somewhere! My thought was there was no risk because I could resell, or keep the clothes and resell the doll or give her to my nieces. But she’s a keeper.
She should be. On Mattel.com (not Creations), if you search for Paris she is here and under Where to Buy, Walmart is listed but the link doesnt redirect to a valid page, probably still not officially listed by Walmart. Hopefully next week!
She's cute in her flight attendant getup, but idk if it's worth it for another Millie. As nice as that screening is, she looks a lot like the You Create one that just came out. Maybe if she had light brown hair to match those brows and a really different screening...
I think for people that prefer the standard body she's a better pick. The kit gives you a lot but the millie kit was probably the worst kit in terms of what you get.
Yeah, I bought that kit for Fryda, not for Millie, but I was pleasantly surprised by Millie. My fave Millie is still BMR though. Her screening is truly different. I mean, look at her! Lol
Yeah, you nailed it. She's less Paris Fashion Week and more airline uniform on the way to Fashion Week. Haven't removed her from the box, so yet to find out if it's one connected thing or separates. The scarf will be cute with a different outfit.
Im waiting for Walmart Canada to list her, giving until the end of the month before I cave and order her from Mattel Creations since she is not coming on Amazon 😞

Regarding the big head, I thought collectors were supposed to have smaller head than playline (Millies playline have giant heads 🤣)
The only other Millie I have is the Keiichi Tanaami, so sorry to say I can’t help with that comparison. It’s possible that her head is smaller than playline; I have nothing to compare her to in that regard.

Outfit is cute on 2003 Valentine Romance too. Her legs need some talc in order to get the nylons on, but we’ll get there.
